Regression Therapy - Why You Should Remember Past Lives

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Are you suffering from feelings of abandonment? Do you have an addictive personality? Does it seem like you are always the victim of an evil person? Do you have issues with rage or anger? What are your relationships like; are they healthy? Do you feel like something is missing even though you seem to have it all?

If you think that you are having issues on one of these areas and you tried every possible way to address them but they still keep on coming around then you MUST read this article as you may never have considered that Regression Therapy could help solve all your problems!

According to the Past Life Therapy Center, Regression Therapy means facing the dark to encourage the light. It is a category of hypnotic therapy wherein the client is being assisted by a therapist to return to his past experiences with his mind still being conscious.

These past experiences can include experiences from the adulthood of the client, their adolescence; even all the way back to their prenatal stage!

Past life regression therapy however takes this a step further and takes clients back in time to before conception; to a time before their previous life.

This idea of having had previous lives is very difficult for most people to come to terms with, but there is actually overwhelming evidence to suggest that this present life is just one of many which we experience.

For example, in some accounts, clients talk about being an official in a foreign kingdom; some describe vividly experiences of fighting in a war; some even talk about hunting in the wild during the Stone Age with their partner who is, in fact, their spouse in the present life.

It is really exciting when someone manages to find hard evidence about what they remembered during past life regression therapy perhaps by looking at historical documents and recognizing names and places.

All around the world you can find heavily documented evidence of children who can still remember their past life. By visiting the places they used to live in their previous life they even get to meet living ‘relatives’ who they know inexplicably everything about.

The experiences that we have had in these past lives can help us understand the way that we are now - there is a much better perspective to be gained on one’s behavior with this kind of insight on the past.

A term called Faulty Thoughts was coined by regression therapists. This describes the negative internal dialogue that we have and may have created in another life experience. It becomes a part of the emotional baggage we carry around with us today.

Only the individual who have created this negative feeling can release the same feeling so that he could re-model his energy field into something positive. Some of the ways to release this is through forgiveness, karmic repayment, and re-patterning.

The concept of forgiveness is simple - every schoolchild (or anyone who once was one) remembers the Golden Rule: “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Karmic repayment is the process of changing your negative behaviors to right the wrongs you have done.

A person must use remedial action to transform the energy field into one of gentleness, care, tranquility and harmony.

Regression therapy can be hard on you but is truly life changing. Clients nearly universally report having a more positive outlook on life and a feeling of renewal.

This change does not come without a price however. To be fully successful one must be totally committed to exploring their mind in order to change their life dramatically.

Regression therapy offers a truly unique way of looking at the human mind and personality and whether to help with problems you may be having or to satisfy your curiosity about past lives, it is something worthy of your consideration.

Cosmic Ordering - What The Service Can Do For You

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Many people are starting to think about being able to place an order with the universe for what you really want and actually receiving it. This is no surprise since there has been a significant increase in the publicity that cosmic ordering has received recently.

Since a number of celebrities are showing support for cosmic ordering people everywhere are jumping on the bandwagon. There is one question that still looms, what are the chances that an average person will find success with cosmic ordering?

Cosmic ordering can work for anyone. However, if you have been practicing cosmic ordering, but have not found success, you should look deeper into what you are doing. There is a good chance that your subconscious mind is blocking your attempts to place an order for what you really want.

Everybody has the right to take advantage of the cosmic ordering service in order to receive things that they desire. There are a number of people that will point out the fact that they never asked to become ill or fall into financial ruin and they are absolutely right.

The problem is not within the cosmic ordering service, but in the way desires are being channeled. Never say things like ‘I don’t really want to get sick’. This desire is channeled in a negative manner and is not the right way to seek your desires.

Approach your request from a more positive aspect, asking for what you really want, rather than stating what you don’t want. For example, saying ‘I’m in such good health it’s no surprise that I have never gotten ill’.

Many people fail in this area when they try to think positive or make affirmations. They don’t picture themselves as they could be, only as they are. This simply reaffirms their positive in life rather than affirming the spot where they should be and really believing that they already received their cosmic order.

In life we often adopt the belief systems of others. For example, when your classmates in elementary school teased you because you were skinny fat, wore glasses or wore cheap clothing, this changed the beliefs that you have in yourself.

If we lived in a perfect world, every child would be given the support and knowledge to understand that they deserve everything that they desire. Instead we teach our children that it is wrong to want too many things in this life. We are conditioned to believe that we don’t deserve to receive the things we want unless we work really hard for them, and even then we should have a special reason for receiving the reward.

We should get out of the habit of saying that we should count our blessings. This is wrong and there is no reason why we should settle for next to nothing. The universe provides enough for everybody and there is no reason to cut ourselves shore.

If you feel that there are not enough riches in the universe and that you would have to covet the riches of other’s in order to receive what you want, then you are reinforcing the belief that you have nothing and others have more. Instead, feel happy for people that have wealth and believe that there’s enough in the world making it possible to have what you want without taking from others.

Does the power of positive thinking really work? Yes it does and to prove the point you should take a look at the scientific studies that prove that the human brain can create energy waves that can move a quark, the smallest physical particle known to man.

The hardest part of the whole process of cosmic ordering is being able to fully free ourselves of the negative beliefs that lie in our subconscious mind. The negative beliefs are very likely embedded firmly into our memories, but they must be cleared away. In order to do this you may need to use every tool that is available.

There is really nothing to worry about since there are some very powerful tools available. Using subliminal suggestion and self-hypnosis are two very powerful tools that can effectively target the subconscious mind. Once we gain access to this powerful region of our mind we are able to methodically begin sweeping out the negative that’s that are blocking our attempts to use the cosmic ordering service.

You are able to control your own future, but you have to belief this with every fiber in your being. With the help of some powerful tools you will be able to clear any blockages that have been standing the way of using cosmic ordering to receive what you desire.

History Of Yoga

Monday, June 29th, 2009

Yoga has a 5000 year old history. People from all civilizations have gained immense health benefits by practicing yoga from thousands of years. Let’s delve further into the history of yoga. Yoga is said to be as old as civilization. However there has not been sufficient proof unearthed to guarantee this claim. Some signs of yoga can be found in the old stone seals from ancient civilizations. The stone seals suggest that yoga was practiced around 3000 B.C.

Many scholars believe that yoga existed long before 3000 B.C. and they have traced its beginning in Stone Age Shamanism. Shamanism and yoga have similar characteristics and hence the theory of the scholars follows. Shamanism like yoga helps to improve the overall health of people. The history of yoga can be divided into four periods namely:

Vedic Period - The Vedas which are a collection of hymns to praise the almighty symbolize the Vedic period. The Vedas are said to contain the oldest Yogic teachings and so the teachings are also called as Vedic Yoga. During the Vedic period the common man relied on Vedic gurus to teach them yoga. It was during this period that the yogic living in total seclusion were recorded.

Pre Classical Yoga - The presence of the Upanishads symbolizes Pre-Classical Yoga. Yoga shares some characteristics not only with Hinduism but also Buddhism as well. Siddharta Gautama was the first Buddhist to study yoga and he achieved enlightenment at the age of just 35 years.

Classical Period - The Classical period is marked by the Yoga Sutra. It was written by Patanjali around the second century and it was an attempt to define Classical Yoga. Classical Yoga is composed of 195 sutras that stress more on Raja Yoga and Patanjali’s eight fold path of yoga. The eight limbs of Classical Yoga are Yama, Niyama, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.

Post-Classical yoga - Post-classical yoga differs from the first three forms of yoga since its focus is more on present yoga. It teaches the person to accept life as it is and live for the moment. Sivananda has contributed a lot to present day yoga. He was a doctor in Malaysia and he later opened yoga schools in Europe and America. His five priniciples of yoga are Sayasana, Asanas, Pranayama, Proper Diet and Dhyana.

Hence we see that yoga has evolved over thousands of years and helped millions of people from across different religions and cultures to gain healthful benefits from it.
