In usual term, relaxation indicates that we leave ourselves free of strain. Relaxed mind might suggest that the mind is not enduring anxiety or active. In today’s method of life, this seems impossible. Isn’t it? These days, majority of us think to be feeling pressure all through most part of the week and unwind just on the weekends. This is accepted as the usual method of life. Is this the appropriate means of livelihood? Is living a calm life forever not our right? Let us recoup it.

Awful pressure -

If you question any person that why is he/she undergoing tension all through the week, what response do you expect to receive? I have a lot of job to complete, targets to achieve, tasks to be done, get ready for the new scheme etc. Do you not trust that something similar to this will be the answer?

Lets talk about why many are feeling strained majority of the time. At a particular moment in our life, when we are chasing the dreams we lose our routine of sitting back & thinking. We commence providing mechanical replies. If we are held up in a traffic obstruction, our retort is - either to worry in relation to the duties ahead, or charge the structure or some other pessimistic notion. Not many of us reflect - All correct. If the traffic is jammed, let me unwind, listen to several pleasant music, or go back to some childhood unforgettable experiences, remember good friends, let me make the most excellent use of the time to settle down & benefit from livelihood. Not lot of us retort in this means. We retort in anxious means every time encounter any similar situation. This routine is causing a big charge on our status of livelihood.

Stress - A method of livelihood.

We have taken tension as a manner of living. A small number of us contemplate why deeming to work at such a chaotic speed and if in due course, we are going to depart from this world with a huge amount of incomplete work, why not at least do things in a relaxed manner? whats the use of functioning so much , if we slay all the happiness. In the look out of a enhanced tomorrow, we kill the present. Isn’t it?

Hassled work situation, anxious family life, no time to simply walk around doing nothing but observe the nature…Why? It is as if we fancy to reach most in the shortest doable time & therefore have no time to unwind Functioning without rest all through the week is a mode of existence for a large majority. The rise in the number of cardiac attacks, depression etc, are all the outcomes of this strained livelihood. When we get tensed, we look around for the most recent stress busters, latest therapies, etc. to defy the worry.

Also by the time the week gets over, we again go out somewhere to chill out. At times vacations also exhaust, don’t they?

Why not lead a comfortable life all through the week? Why not work in a unperturbed condition of mind? Why get worried? Mulling over our own life is very essential if we desire to regain our liberty to exist peacefully. Will it help, if we carry some stunning pictures of nature on our computers? Will it help, if we take time to gaze at a butterfly flying on our screens? The magnificence of a colorful flower. Can it make us little peaceful? If your reply is yes, download screen-savers & take time to look at them whenever you find time while working. Look at them, marvel at the exquisiteness of nature, reflect on their perfection and simply calm down.
