Finding The Way To Develop Abundance

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

To have abundance in life does not necessarily mean you have to be wealthy. You can experience abundance even if you do not have everything in this world. Being happy and satisfied in life is enough reason to say that you are living in abundance. In developing abundance, you have to reflect on your inner being and change your approach in life. This will help you attract success and experience abundance. Developing abundance is indeed a great challenge but you will reap the rewards once you succeed.

Everyone in this world has his own way of life but you can tell if someone lacks abundance when he is not satisfied in the way he lives his life. It does not mean that he is poor or that he has no material possessions. Even the rich people show lack of abundance because abundance in life does not depend on the material things. What can make people live an abundant life are not the riches and earthly possessions but the emotional satisfaction as well. You can only experience true happiness and satisfaction if you have a healthy and warm relationship with other people around you.

Developing abundance, then, needs to start with the way life is approached including beliefs, thinking patterns and emotional habits. If a person is willing to change the way they think (and speak) about things and to develop mature and positive emotional responses, they can turn their life around.

The world we live in is no doubt an abundant place, and all of us should have our equal share of abundant living. But despite this fact, not all are experiencing an abundant life. This could be because abundance cannot get through their lives due to some unnecessary things that block the way. If you have bitterness, guilt, pains, anger, or other negative feelings toward the people around you, abundance will not be able to reward you.

Anyone who is serious about developing abundance also needs to be serious about facing and overcoming their personal demons. An unfortunate truth is that victims in this world often continue to be victimised. The reason for this is that when people experience negative events or trauma, they also experience a range of feelings and develop beliefs about themselves that can cause them to get stuck in a cycle. This is why the ability to forgive and let go of past pain and grievances is essential to living a truly abundant life.

As you develop your abundance, you also need to develop your personality. Assess yourself of whatever is hindering you from developing abundance within your self and your life. Try to be honest with what you feel, whether it is bad or unacceptable, so that you will better determine which aspect in your life needs concentration and extra time and effort for development.

Making mental and emotional changes is easier said than done but these days there are many tools that can be used to help people. From cognitive behaviour therapy to energy therapies such as EFT and applied kinesiology, there are ways to assist individuals make the changes they desire. The key to developing abundance from the inside out is to be willing to do whatever it takes and to be persistent.

Aside from changing your inner being, you also have to develop your outer being. Plan your actions and set your goals so that you can focus more on what you need to prioritize. This way you can move from one level to a higher one.

Developing abundance requires a combination of introspection (leading to personal change) and action. Often goal directed individuals are good at setting and achieving certain goals but they still don’t live an abundant life because they are not living in harmony with their beliefs and values. Alternatively, their beliefs and values may not engender harmony. True abundance requires a holistic approach to life.

It is really worth developing abundance in life. When you start to open up yourself to others, you will eventually understand the importance of life and become happy with it. Making other people happy will also make you happy and satisfied as a person and eventually experience abundance in life.

As a strong substitute you can concentrate upon the below quoted list to get a preview of the different forms of yoga exercises.

The various forms of yoga have been integrated and developed based upon various factors like poses and postures related, aim of the specific yoga exercise etc.

The Bhagavad Gita, which is a pioneering book in the Hindu religion, has represented yoga exercises into three prominent types:

1. Bhakti Yoga: This form of yoga is based around devotion. 2. Karma Yoga: This form of yoga is based around action. 3. Jnana Yoga: This form of yoga is based around knowledge.

Now we can take a quick look at the various forms of yoga exercises which are popular among the modern-day yoga practitioners.

1. Hatha Yoga: Hatha is an merger of two syllables. They are “Ha” and “tha”. Here “Ha” means “sun” and “tha” means “moon”. This type of yoga exercise is easy and impeccable for the beginners who are unconscious of any other form of positions of yoga exercise.

What Is A Yoga Mat Strap?

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

Having a yoga mat strap attached to your actual mat is very useful if you often find yourself having to carry your yoga mat from home to your yoga classes or vice versa. It is possible to purchase a yoga mat that already has a strap, which is easy enough. You can also purchase straps on their own. But you could make one on your own as well.

If you can make it yourself, you should. Though ones that you purchase are fine and can be of high quality, there is a certain something that comes with creating things on your own that paying money doesn’t give. If you are a knitter, you know how rewarding it can be to labor over a single sweater for days at a time and then finally be able to wear it. Even if you don’t like the sweater once it’s finally done, you feel a sense of accomplishment from having made something with your own two hands.

Making your own yoga mat strap is very easy and does not take much time. You could sew or knit one fairly easily, making the real difficulty in choosing materials to make it from and what sort of designs or colors you are going to use. You most likely do want one to match the mat, but will you go with a contrasting color or a similar color? And if you make it out of fabric will you pick a design or a plain color? These may seem like small decisions, but it is a good idea to know before getting started.

If you do not want to have to make your yoga mat strap on your own there are some specialty retailers that sell them separately from yoga mats themselves. This is convenient if you did not purchase a mat with a strap already attached. Before buying any one strap, consider testing out different purse straps to get an idea of what size will be most comfortable for you to carry around, especially if your mat is particularly heavy. Usually these can be found at any fitness store, but also at yoga centers.

If you have not purchased a yoga mat yet, find one with a strap already attached so you do not need to purchase one later on. It can be much more expensive to buy the strap separately depending on the brand of the mat. Carrying your large yoga mat to and from class all of the time is going to get tiring after a while if you do not have a strap, and may even deter you from going. The mat itself is always paid the most attention to, most people don’t realize how important purchasing one with a yoga mat strap already attached is. To some it may not matter much, but to most of those who practice yoga the strap can make getting to and from practice much easier.

Before diving in and getting a yoga mat strap, get some more tips on choosing a yoga mat strap as well as information on how to make one.

How To Get A Flat Stomach With The Following Information

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

The following information will show you how to get a flat stomach without doing countless crunches.

First things first, quit thinking that crunches are going to give you a flat stomach. Crunches only work the surface muscles and not the muscles underneath them. In order to burn one pound of fat, you would have to do 100 crunches every day for 7 years. That equals 250, 000 crunches. I don’t believe that you want to do that.

There are several core moves that target these muscles. The side and basic plank, lunge with rotation, glute bridge march, plank with arm lift, hip thigh raise, side plank with rotation and reverse lunge with one arm press target these muscles. To pinpoint these muscles, lie on your back and put your palms below your navel. Exhale completely. Pull your navel to the spine, hold for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 8 to 10 times.

Do not sit on your rear all the time. Find a way to stay active. Your butt and stomach work in conjunction together. Being inactive causes your glute muscles being useless, hip flexors becoming less flexible, a pelvis that tips forward and back problems. Your legs and hip are linked by your hip flexors. As your pelvis tilts, your back arches more resulting in increased pressure on the spine. It also causes your abdomen to stick out farther.

To firm your bottom use the hip thigh raise and glute bridge march. For stiff hip flexors, while in a lunge position, lower back knee to the floor. Push your hips forward while keeping your back straight. Go until the front area of your hip feels the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and repeat. For more of a stretch, reach you arms over your head.

The third rule is to watch what you eat. Eating meat, fish, nuts or dairy will decrease the amount of belly fat you have.

Boost your metabolism and lessen the insulin your body produces by lowering the quantity of sugar of eat. Restrict processed foods like yogurt, fruit drinks, cereals, baked goods and sodas in your diet. On average, people consume 20 teaspoons a day of sugar which is bad for you.

Decrease your anxiety levels. Eating seems to be how most people deal with stress.

Finally, give your muscles a break between workouts. Exercise your abs 3 times a week to achieve optimal results. Your muscles require a full day to rebuild after the stress of being broke down during workouts. Perform 15-20 reps of each exercise..

If you’re going on crash diets hoping to get six pack abs, that’s not How to get a Flat Stomach. You can get a Flat tummy by doing just a few easy exercises and watching what you eat and becoming more active. Find out how simple it can be to get a flat stomach now!

How Does The BioMat work?

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

The Biomat is a medical device that is designed as a healing and preventative tool which can be used in helping people improve their overall health by improving the body’s immune system, improving circulation and cardiovascular health, relieving pain, burning calories and thus assisting in weight control, easing joint pain and stiffness, reducing stress and fatigue, improving skin health, and assisting in the body’s detoxification process. It utilizes both far infrared light and negative ion technology with the healing power of amethyst crystals.

How does the Biomat actually work? Firstly, the far infrared rays (FIR) are a form of light energy which is invisible to human vision, and are a natural part of the light frequency of sunlight (living things also emit a certain amount of FIR). Healing using FIR is becoming more and more commonly used by both alternative practitioners and other medical professionals. FIR have a size of between 9 and– microns, and it has been shown that light waves of this size resonate strongly with the body’s cell tissues. When FIR light touches the body it produces warmth and also stimulates the metabolism.

The Biomat produces FIR by pulses of energy which are passed through the Japanese Kurera Super Fiber, which is a carbon ceramic material. When the FIR are generated, they then go through the amethyst crystals which amplify them into a long wavelength light, which can penetrate deeply into the body’s tissues.

Negative ions are created in the Biomat, and these have been proven to be beneficial to the body’s health. In nature, negative ions are very commonly found in great abundance in rainforests, near waterfalls, and also near the ocean. Negative ions affect the brain by allowing it to receive more oxygen, which increases alertness and improves the attention span. Most people spend their time in areas where there are few negative ions, so the Biomat helps by increasing the negative ions a person is exposed to. DC current is passed through the Kurera fiber, which produce these negative ions. When the negative ions are discharged into the air, the body is able to take them in and positive ions in the bloodstream are then converted into negative ions. More calcium and sodium minerals are created in the bloodstream, which makes the bloodstream more alkaline, which is a healthy state for the body.

Amethyst crystals have the ability to act as a super conductor in the Biomat, and this means that FIRs passed through it are actually amplified, and as a result provide greater penetration into body tissues.

The Biomat can be slept on at night, or can be used for shorter periods of time (which is often the case in clinical practice). The Biomat has been approved for use by several insurance companies, as they consider it beneficial in the treatment of pain and various musculo-skeletal problems. The Biomat provides several advantages over other FIR products (such as traditional infrared saunas) as it converts AC into DC current which is healthier for the body (AC current has been shown to be detrimental to human health).

In both home use and professional use the Biomat is extremely useful. Those in the alternative medical fields such as chiropractors, acupuncturists, masseurs, and Reiki practitioners love the Biomat, as not only do they have healing properties but they also work well with their treatments and relax patients.

Cynthia Ryan began writing about the benefits of the Biomat just months after purchasing her first one, and realizing how much it could do for her. She knew that if she could spread the words, then others could benefit too.

Remote Viewing - A Basic Overview

Sunday, November 22nd, 2009

Remote viewing is the psychic ability that pertains to the ability to see places, people, and objects that are not within the range of the outer five senses. This means you wouldn’t be able to see or hear it by natural means, but your own innate psychic ability can be trained to perceive things without you needing to be there in person.

Remote viewing is something entirely different from astral travel and other out of body experiences. Your spiritual body doesn’t need to go anywhere; you can see distant people places and things from where you are.

Remote viewing is a form of psychic dowsing, where the viewer is using psychic power to seek out whatever he wants to find. The remote viewer is using a form of ESP to locate that which he seeks.

All humans have a form of latent psychic ability that was never developed fully when we were young. Considering that most of us only ever use around 10% of our brain’s capacity, there’s another 90% of dormant brainpower left untapped and untrained that we aren’t quite sure what to do with.

Imagine being able to reach out and just know that your children are okay while they’re away from family. The security and peace of mind that comes with being able to use remote viewing for beneficial needs is priceless.

Remote viewing is one of the psychic abilities latent in all of us which can be developed through practice and preparation. There have been studies on people who had never before exhibited any psychic abilities; but when they were taught how to attain the trance-like state of relaxation needed for remote viewing, they were able to use this psychic ability.

Here are some simple remote viewing techniques you can try on your own:

*Always practice your remote viewing in a quiet place where you’ll be free from distractions and where you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and start relaxing your body before trying to remote view.

*Take deep breaths through the nose. You can get better control over your breathing by holding your tongue at the roof of your mouth. This will also suppress yawns as you relax deeply.

*Believe in yourself and your remote viewing abilities. You need to tell yourself that you can and will be able to remotely view things which your senses would not let you normally perceive.

*Begin with an easy subject for your first attempts at remote viewing. Try to see yourself sitting right where you are as if you were standing in front of yourself a few feet away. It can be challenging to see yourself at first; we’re not used to seeing ourselves except in a mirror. Just stay focused and be patient and soon you’ll be able to see yourself from an entirely new perspective.

*Once you’re able to see yourself while remote viewing, you need to begin looking at places which are farther away. Start with a place which you are already familiar with, such as the house where you grew up. Best of all is to remote view a friend or relative’s home. Keep an eye out for details and when you’re finished remote viewing, call and compare notes; find out if the details you saw while remote viewing are really there. This exercise lets you assess your progress as a remote viewer.

The next step is to try something a little more challenging. Try having a friend or family member in the next room repeating a motion while you try to remotely view them. Once you’re done, see if you could perceive what they were doing. This exercise can tell you if you’re really advancing in the development of your remote viewing abilities.

After having practiced remote viewing for some time, you’ll find your abilities improving and that you’ll have a much easier time bringing yourself into the proper state of relaxation for remote viewing. It’s similar to a hypnotic state; even with your body and mind relaxed enough to allow the subconscious to operate, you are still awake and aware.

It is in the subconscious that our psychic abilities are found; but with practice, remote viewing will be something you’ll be able to do at will.

The author Peter J Minks writes for the http://www.remote-viewing-info.com website. Discover for yourself how easy it is to be a remote viewer. Find out never before revealed secrets. Whole Life Coaching: Can You Use It To Deal with Chronic Pain?

Saturday, November 21st, 2009

Do you suffer from aches and pains when you wake up in the morning? Perhaps your knees buckle slightly when you move or do you feel some slight pain in your back as you shift your weight? If so, then you are not alone. Many people suffer from mild aches and pains and they all wish to find a solid way of alleviating the problem. However, most people do not consider the holistic relief they can get with Whole Life Coaching.

In terms of alleviating the issue of physical pain, most people look towards the well-known methods for treatment. And, while common medically approved treatments are valuable, they are not the only means in which physical pain can be treated. There are many alternative healing practices that can reduce pain and make it far more tolerable. More importantly, many of these alternative healing strategies can be quite fun to engage in.

For example, did you know there are therapeutic forms of yoga? Yes, you can engage in yoga classes that are designed to help improve the overall function of the body. Any and all physical activity comes with the potential to improve strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Yoga is, of course, a physical process and it would go without saying that it has the ability to empower the body with these attributes. That is why it is quickly becoming popular among those looking for alternative healing practices.

Similarly, Chinese medicine is growing in popularity due to its ability to deliver excellent results via its alternative healing practices. Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Qi Gong) training are available in many fitness and recreation centers and they are a tremendous means for boosting the bodys ability to heal itself. No, this is not a quasi-mystical method of healing. It is simply a logical form of exercise that has been developed over thousands of years. And it still remains popular for a very good reason: it works!

Of course, you need not assume that only structured programs such as yoga classes are the only way to engage in physical healing. Sometimes, even minor practices such as stretching and walking can have a great deal of benefit to the body. Mild and light stretching can increase ligament movement which eradicates much of the tightness that causes pain. Basic stretches are not difficult to learn and anyone can take part in them. This aids in the expansion of their popularity as well.

Physical pain is often an indication that the body is out of balance in some way. The body’s systems are not working together harmoniously. This has led to the popularity of energy based remedies for chronic pain.

Alternative healing practices like the Body Talk System focus on balance and harmony within the body. Bringing the mind and body together in a balanced environment alleviates physical pain. Many traditional doctors are now suggesting alternative healing practices in the course of treatment. The two need not be exclusive of one another but can actually work together to produce better, faster results. Consider combining traditional medicine with alternative healing practices when dealing with chronic pain.

It is also important to point out that this is not an either/or scenario. In other words, you can mix traditional medical therapy with alternative healing practices. Such a two-pronged approach often yields quicker and longer lasting results. That is why it remains a highly recommended strategy.

A holistic, trained Whole Life Coach can take a multi-faceted approach to your pain relief. They are able to combine movement, energy therapy and nutrition with mind/body balancing and general stress reduction. This new style of Life Coaching is very popular with people looking to eliminate the root causes of their pain, not just treat their symptoms.

Donna Burick uses a variety of Whole Life Coaching techniques to help people allieviate chronic pain and create the life they desire. Donna uses a unique fusion to uncover and remove subconscious blocks that keep painful patterns in place.

Enjoy Your Life Once Again With Chakra Meditation

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

Meditation has been around for around two thousand years, it’s been a way of life for mankind. In fact every religion that is practiced by men uses some sort of meditation as a way of achieving a higher form of spiritual consciousness.

At first meditation was used by religious priests, for a while now even ordinary people have been employing meditation as a way to discover the several benefits that meditation offers.

If you are not really aware of what meditation is, basically you intensely focus on sounds, objects, ideas, a breathing rhythm, actions or even movements to be able to allow your perception to intensify, you will cut down on your stress levels, enhance relaxation, and gain personal and spiritual growth.

When meditation was first out it originally was only practiced along with some sort of religious traditions to build your spiritual belief higher, but now it is used by several people to help relieve different stresses and pains.

Western medical practitioners are realizing that meditation has help people to cope with different health issues, so they are beginning to promote it to their patients more and more. In fact they have begun to use it along with medicines to help and relieve aches and pains for several people.

It is interesting to note that medical clinics and hospitals across the nation have been offering the practice of meditation as a possible method for patients to improve their health. Meditation is currently employed as a method for treatment of some diseases, as an additional therapeutic process for a comprehensive treatment program and as a means of improving the quality of life of people with chronic, debilitating, or incurable illnesses.

There are three approaches to meditation, transcendental, relaxation response, and mindfulness meditation, which is the stress reduction way of meditation.

The practice of meditation brings to bear on the seven major chakras (which correspond to the body’s major endocrine glands) the power of the environment and the universe.

If you practice meditation for at least 30 minutes a day your body’s functions will become more balanced and harmonious.

You will notice the energy flowing from the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and finally the crown chakras while meditating. Your whole body’s biological, emotional, and spiritual aspects become more nourished and balance the body cleansing physical, emotional and spiritual toxins.

When practicing chakra meditation you will need to be able to concentrate deeply, as the uninterrupted flow of energy comes into your body which will also give your major chakras a huge boost.

A neat way to look at it is a turbocharger for your body, or even a catalytic converter that will gather outside energy and harness it and channel it out to the different parts of the body and the chakras.

And since your chakras are such a huge part of your body’s physical and metaphysical makeup, with fine tuning of these items our daily lives are affected either directly or indirectly, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and even spiritually.

As previously mentioned, there are various ways to practice chakra meditation; regardless of the methods employed the initial and basic steps are almost all the same; to achieve concentration and allowing the state of focus to spread throughout the whole body.

Once you begin chakra meditation you are not going to notice an immediate change in your life. But with time you will find that you are going to experience a more positive outlook on life, and your perceptions will be sharper. Also you will be able to understand events and behaviors better. Meditation has been shown to be responsible for peoples overall better lives, and this is both physically and emotionally.

The most notable effect of chakra meditation is that a person’s ability to concentrate and awareness are greatly enhanced even only after a week. Imagine if you are performing chakra meditation for years!

Other benefits of chakra meditation are a heightened creativity, and resourcefulness is more enhanced since the perception of people is higher, and they notice more events that are happening around them. Plus with chakra meditation it is noticed that ones sleep is better and deeper. With deep sleep a person’s overall health will be improved.

Daily chakra meditation will also decrease stress in your life, from work, family, and inter-personal relationships. This is because you are more able to control your emotions because you have more patience. Also with less stress in your life, health problems will not be so prevalent in your life.

Generally, overall health and well-being is greatly improved when meditation becomes a part of your daily routine. It helps to lower blood pressure which in turn can help prevent strokes and heart disease. It can also help reduce the effect of stress on people who suffer from chronic illnesses.

Even if you are only able to practice meditation for half an hour a day you will be able to notice a more healthy and productive life.

Anne-Marie-Laureaut writes for the chakra-balance.com website. Here you will find lots of free chakra meditation audios which will heal and finely tune all of your chakras. More and more people are appreciating the great feeling when undergoing chakra therapy. It is very easy to do and well worth trying!

Mindpower Possibilities Explored

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

A portion of our entire potential of mindpower is only used. Scientists believe we only access ten percent of full potential. It’s unthinkable of what it would be like if we could access that remaining ninety percent! The results would be incredible!

It is believed that people with extra ordinary abilities like extra sensory or psychic powers are because people learn how to access the different parts of their mind. Many believe they are born with that increased mindpower or just have managed to develop that part of the mind later in life.

Even though it’s not fully understood what process is used, the latest advances in quantum physics are starting to reveal the link of what we think and what we actually experience that is real in life.

Studies are starting to confirm that the ancient religions that had been saying for thousands of years that reality is a product of your mind and that you can change the way you think has a lot of truth to it. Mindpower is really the only reality!

There have been films about mindpower. ‘The Secret’ explains the theory of the law of attraction. Through the powerful mindpower a person can view life in a certain way and attract anything they want to into their life.

The theory of the law of attraction, concerns the entire universe and believes that everything people do creates a cause and has an effect. So no matter what you think about you can get! Learning to communicate though with your subconscious is a big part of this. You need to be able to tell it exactly what you want, or your mind will just believe that you have what you want. Scientifically this is known as a state of homeostasis.

Esp powers, telepathy, remote viewing, and precognition is controlled through the subconscious mind. This is also a reaction to the universe or what is known as universal consciousness to manifest your desires.

The way to develop your mindpower is through communicating through your subconscious mind. There are a number of ways that you can communicate with your subconscious mind. Affirmations, hypnosis, visualization, etc.

By repeating and upbeat, optimistic phrase several times a day to yourself is called an affirmation. Through daily affirmations yoursubconscious mind will start to understand the message.

If someone was low on self esteem, they could repeat to themselves positive affirmations about their self image in a positive way to help them raise their self esteem. This also works with getting rid of their bad habits. If they tell themselves several times a day that they don’t need a cigarette or whatever habit they wish to break, eventually they will believe it. The mind is a powerful tool.

Consistently repeating affirmations they really do work. They are able to communicate with the subconscious mind. How you program your subconscious through your affirmations, will make you behave differently so be careful cause your mind will eventually understand the message.

This works with everything in life. If you can put it in your mind in a positive way, and really store it in your subconscious mind you will change your life. You can make it all reality. Realize that everything you’d like to see change, will change and it really will.

Visualizing what you want also has a positive effect to your life. The more you can visualize what you want, the more likely it will happen. Can you imagine getting everything in your dreams? Visualize it consistently and eventually you will have it.

Think of yourself as living with psychic powers, and communicating telepathically. This mindpower is powerful, and whatever you want to happen will. If you want to be able to see into the future or view remotely, just use the powerful mind.

Though hypnosis you can communicate with your subconscious mind and help to develop your mindpower. You can visit a professional hypnotist, or a hypnotherapist that will help you to get into a totally relaxed state and help you to get into your subconscious mind. Communicating subconsciously will help you to develop your mindpower. A trained hypnotist or hypnotherapist can help you put things into your subconscious mind which you will remember when you wake up.

There have been excellent results in self hypnosis. People will play a recording in which they are relaxed, and the recording begins to add the different suggestions into your subconscious mind. The great part of self hypnosis is being able to listen to it over and over, and also the price of self hypnosis is cheaper than using a hypnotist or a hypnotherapist.

A new audio technology for brainwave entrainment called brainwave synchronization. Brainwave synchronization changes your brainwaves instantly to a different frequency. The result of this, can be many different things. A certain frequency can improve your memory, while another frequency may release endorphins that could heal or alleviate pain.

Other frequencies allow you to get into a state of meditation very quickly. This is necessary for you to be to successfully communicate with your subconscious mind.

Specific frequencies can stimulate a part of your body known as the chakra energy center. This chakra energy is in the center of your forehead where a third eye would be. That is why they call it the third eye chakra which is responsible for the psychic powers.

It is believed that these powers are not even needed to be ‘developed’ they are already ready, just locked inside your mind. It used to be believed thousands of years ago, humans had enhanced mindpower but it had become repressed and locked within the mind.

Developing mindpower actually comes down to unlocking all the powers and true potential that every human being already has.

Kevin B Shine writes for the popular http://www.mindpower-info.com website. Discover how easy it really is to be successful at Mindpower by visiting here. Change your life forever with a huge collection of Free Mind Power binaural beats, hypnosis and affirmations Audios.

How The Seven Chakras Impact Us

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

With every day passing we are able to discover unknown facts that have supported the existence of homo-sapiens on this planet and have helped them pass through the test of time and reach the point where they have been able to create a civilization. Of these unexplored aspects that is not completely known by us is the impact of the cosmic energy on the lifestyle and the actions of human body. It is believed that seven chakras in our body participate in exchanging energy and hence control a lot of human activities and behaviour.

More than the energy that we actually receive from the kind of food we intake, we need energy that would help us refresh our mind and souls and this energy is obtained by the interaction of the seven chakras in our body and the celestial objects.

The exact purpose and functions of these seven chakras are not entirely defined though there has been a good amount of knowledge that we possess about them. A strong belief suggests that it is the way that you feel that generates the kind of results, in case you are not confident about a particular task and feel very low before even trying you would come back with a negative result only where in if you have always been positive you end up getting the desired results and these things are important even when things are least/most likely to happen.

Every single chakra has its role to play in the process of controlling and governing the functions of a particular part of the body but each of these chakras reflect variations in the effect they have on the organs.

The various centres of energy which regulate various activities we perform can be understood better in the following way.

The root chakra is the energy circle that governs the overall potential of a person. It helps determine if a particular person is self-confident and can face extreme conditions without backing away. Umbilical chakra is the third of the series of seven chakras and it has an impact on the mental stability and reactions that a person might have to certain situations. While there is an inclination towards the positive side the chakra inculcates will power and mental strength but when weakened it arouses embarrassment, idiocy, jealousy and represents an instable behaviour. It controls a good part of the digestive system.

The fourth chakra from the bottom is the heart chakra that is responsible for the generation of various emotions as well as inspires feelings of liking and admiration. As the name suggests it has firm control over the human heart and if filled with negativity can lead to feelings of hatred and hypocrisy.

Above the heart chakra lies the fifth of the chakras, the throat chakra. This energy circle has an impact of the voice you possess and the kind of language that you speak. The neck and mouth are some of the important parts that are covered by this chakra.

Towards the forehead is the third eye chakra that is important in the process of having perception and also helps making impressions, it enhances your sight, hearing power as well as recognizes smell easily.

The seventh chakra or the crown chakra is towards the crown of the head and in a positive state helps people achieve enlightenment.
