February 18th, 2010 2:56 am

Are you searching for the secrets to learning a way to open chakras? Well it’s actually no secret in any respect! There are a number of ways one can use to open the chakras. Some standard methods include the utilization of crystals, yoga, different physical exercises, and meditation. My technique of choice is through meditation. It’s always wise to be well rounded in as many ways as possible but i like meditation. I have found that it is the most effective method for me. You’ll realize that meditating for the purpose of chakra stimulation may be completely different than other sorts of meditation. I have tried to break down the process in this article as easy as possible for you. The goal here is to slow the frequency vibrations of the chakras that can be found deep inside our body.

Step 1 Posture

You should sit with your back straight. Don’t worry about sitting cross legged or even in the lotus position. As a newbie, it’s more important that you’re comfortable! You can even sit down in a chair if it helps you keep your back straight and your weight centered.

Step 2- Breathing

At this point, we’ll begin to concentrate on the breathing. Begin to breathe deeply. First, breathe from your nostrils. Afterward, breathe out from your mouth. Find out whatever speed works out best for you, just be sure it is steady and you keep consistent with it all the way through this meditation session.

Step- 3 Bringing Down The White Light

Begin to visualize the white light, coursing freely like a liquid down through the seven chakra centers of the body. This can take some practice to get the hang of, the clearer you can visualize this the stronger the effect it will have on stimulating each chakra.

Firstly, visualize the white light coursing down from the crown chakra.

Afterward, into the third eye chakra

Then, down through the throat chakra

After that, visualize it continuing down through the heart chakra

Afterward, it goes down past the solar plexus chakra

From there it comes down through the spleen chakra

Finally, the white light reaches the root chakra.

If you have found this meditation hard, do not become disheartened it takes training to truly get the hang of it.
