How Even A Beginner Can Develop Telepathy
Wednesday, August 19th, 2009Essentially, telepathy is the process of transferring your feelings, emotions, and even thoughts to another person using nothing apart from mind power.
The ability to communicate telepathically is something all humans possess to some degree, but unfortunately, they have lost the means by which to control it on a conscious level. We have all experienced telepathic activity subconsciously on occasions but just imagine being able to control that ability, and being able to use it to communicate with others.
Of course, one can almost understand why there is still so much skepticism concerning the use of mine power. However, one should also take the following into consideration: have you ever bumped into someone who is depressed and down in the dumps, while you on the other hand were in the greatest mood ever? If you have, then you will know it certainly didn’t take long before that person’s mood started rubbing off on you.
Essentially, it’s not the words which that person spoke which affected your mood, but rather the transference of their feelings and emotions to your own subconscious mind, and of course this is without a doubt, a form of telepathic communication.
In recent scientific studies, it’s been determined that if someone accesses their subconscious mind and then learns to direct their thoughts and feelings towards another specific individual, dormant telepathic abilities can be brought back to life.
As with all other means of communication, it is our parents and our elders which teach us. In fact, so strong is the influence of the method in which we’re taught that we even learn to mimic the accent of our parents. Essentially, this is simply because we all share a common ability to learn communication skills, but unfortunately we only learn to communicate in the ways which we are taught.
How different would things be had our parents decided to teach us about that “other” certain ability? How would things be today if our parents taught us how to communicate with our minds? Surely, just because our parents never taught us, doesn’t necessarily mean that we can never learn to do it.
Here are some things you can try in order to awaken your telepathic ability:
Developing Your Mental Muscle
As children learning to communicate, we had to learn how to control the movement of our mouth, and we had to learn how to strengthen our voice boxes. In much the same way, one needs to learn how to strengthen and develop your telepathic muscles.
Interestingly enough, that part of your brain which controls telepathic communication, functions at its best on a subconscious level which is similar to a trancelike state. In essence, this trancelike state is simply a level deep relaxation which all humans can achieve with relative ease.
Providing you learn how to relax your mind sufficiently, this trancelike state can be reached, and when you do, you would have begun to train your mind so that it can be controlled at will.
The Importance of Being Able To Focus
This is perhaps one of the most difficult challenges of all because it is certainly not easy to remain focused during a time when you’re experiencing a trancelike state of mind. The next time you have a practice session, you need to practice focusing on someone you’d like to make contact with.
You need to picture this person in your mind together with happy thoughts. You then need to imagine this person actually receiving all those thoughts and feelings you’re trying to transfer across. The length of time that you need to remain focused will depend on how long you feel it takes to make a connection.
After a few moments, one should stop focusing abruptly in order to break any contact. When this happens, the other person will realize that the contact has been broken and as a result, they will in turn attempt to make contact with you.
The reason why one should practice focusing on your own is so that when you start practicing with a partner, you will have already conditioned your mind to be receptive and as such, it will be easier to receive images, feelings, thoughts, and impressions.
When You Practice With a Partner
Once you have a partner, the two of you need to decide which one will be the sender, and which one will be receiving. Ideally, the sender should only attempt to project images of simple things, preferably of things which are brightly colored and easy to recognize.
The person who is the receiver should ensure they have a notebook and a pen nearby so that they can keep a record of all thoughts and impressions which they receive.
When you reach the end of your training session, the two of you should go ahead and compare notes in order to establish how many impressions were correct. You can be a rest assured that the more times you practice, the better you will get.
